If I Had to Start Over Again, I’d Start With This One-Offer Business Plan
How to earn a lot more money with a really tiny customer list
If you want to create a one-person business as an introvert, there are some challenges. The traditional models use extroverted sales techniques to gain new customers.
- Live onboarding calls
- Live coaching sessions (group and individual)
- Live interviews
The more face-time the better when it comes to extroverts. They thrive on human connection. And they recharge their energy in the company of others.
Introverts are the opposite. We live in our heads. We recharge our energy by spending time alone. And anytime we go ‘live’ we deplete this energy. So, if you want to operate a one-person business as an introvert, it’s best to design that business so it supports your personality type.
I prefer the ‘one offer’ framework.
The idea is you have a single flagship product and everything feeds the flagship:
- Your lead magnet
- Your content
- Your videos
- Your socials
…everything feeds the flagship offer.
And when you do that, not only do you get your time back, you also make a lot more money, because if you solve an important problem for your audience the product sells itself.
You only have to sell 9 flagship courses a MONTH at $997, to make a six-figure business. When you have a one-person business using this one-offer framework, you don’t need a big list to make a great living.
How does the one-offer business model open doors for introverts?
The coaching component.
See, most flagship offers have a done-with-you component, otherwise the customer won’t see the higher value in the product (and you’ll be destined to selling smaller offers).
But if you can offer an introvert-friendly form of coaching (text-based), you’ll have all the customers you need. And there are no rules with text-based coaching. You can use an app, email, or even private forum. Anything to put a delay between the asker and you (so you have time to think and formulate the best answer).
- You don’t have to schedule live calls
- You don’t ever have to speak to a customer
This is way I built my own one-person business without ever speaking to customer.
The Only Quiet Business Model for Solo Introverts
As an introverted solo creator you need to play a different game from the frameworks you see on social media.
You don’t need a giant audience, money-wasting ads, or live sales calls to build a thriving solo business you can scale as big as you wish.
What you need is clarity: one flagship offer, one buyer avatar, and a quiet system that sells for you 24/7/365.
That’s what the One Offer. One Buyer. system is all about (and it’s FREE).
This is a new way of working.
One Offer. One Buyer. is the exact framework I use to run my one-person business in 110+ countries (from my pocket). With zero employees, I never have to speak to customers, and I have more time for what matters most.
