It’s five AM. I rip a quick email and send it to my list. The night before I just finished a ‘one sitting’ product — a simple tool that I completed in one creative session, from start to sales letter.

Within 15 minutes the sales start clicking in.

See, I don’t like to refer to my work as ‘courses.’ Courses mean something big. Hours of video. Hundreds of pages of workbooks and checklists and templates. Gobs of information that’s either overdone, or overtaught, just so the creator can bulk-up the offer and present a higher price.

I’d rather go the other way.

To sell little products, repeatedly, to the same customers who already love my work, versus trying to close one customer on a high-ticket offer.

I operate my little publishing business in more than 110 different countries and do most of the day’s work from my pocket.

Honestly, your customers are tired of the bulk and the bloat. They don’t have the time, patience, or interest in consuming your massive course. Plus, it takes months to build a full-sized course (only to find out no one’s interested).
